At Bluewater Marine Systems we didn't just replace the damaged docks, we engineered a smart, custom solution to preserve as much of the existing structure as possible after hurricane impact damaged Port 32 in Tampa. The result? A hybrid system featuring robust monolithic concrete main docks paired with lightweight yet durable aluminum fingers for flexible, easy-access berthing.
This approach maximizes concrete durability where it counts on the primary walkways and main floats while the aluminum fingers provide versatile slip configurations that adapt to various boat sizes and reduce overall weight without sacrificing performance. It's a perfect blend of Bluewater's proven MonoDock™ concrete technology and engineered to handle Tampa Bay's challenging conditions.
The upgrade has already transformed the marina experience: smoother docking, better wave resistance, and a more resilient setup ready for future storms. Boat traffic is picking up fast as word spreads, and boaters are loving the reliable ties right next to the unbeatable Hula Bay Club to grab a tropical cocktail, fresh seafood, and those classic waterfront views while celebrating the marina's comeback!
Port 32 is stronger, smarter, and more inviting than ever. If you're in the Tampa area, come check out the new docks, tie up, relax, and enjoy.
